Latest occupiers confirmed at Matrix Park

Four new tenants have signed deals on industrial and warehouse space at Binary Court, part of Chorley's Matrix Park.

Around 25,000 sq ft has now been taken up in a mixture of leasehold and freehold deals at the speculative £7.2m phase within the Redrow and Barratt scheme, part of the £400m, 500-acre Buckshaw Village project.

One 15,000 sq ft building is to be occupied by specialist metal cutting company, AK Stainless, while Direct Displays & Exhibitions and Craig Specialist Services have both taken 3,260 sq ft units.

A new owner has also signed up to the 3,260 sq ft unit C2, and plans to move in in February 2008.

There is also strong interest in three further units, leaving two units available to let or purchase of 7,500 sq ft and 9,000 sq ft.

Established occupiers in Matrix Park include NSG Environmental, Barclay & Mathieson, Vernon Carus and Blackledge.

Joint agents for the scheme are King Sturge and DTZ.
