Langtree secures letting at Liverpool industrial scheme

Form Contemporary Office Solutions has taken a 1,868 sq ft industrial unit at Langtree's Wellington Employment Park South in Liverpool.
The contemporary and designer office furniture retailer has secured a three-year lease, meaning the industrial accommodation is now 90% occupied.
The industrial scheme was developed over two phases and comprises 19 new units totalling 108,450 sq ft ranging in size from 1,500 to 33,500 sq ft.
North West Development Agency and the Merseyside Objective One European programme has partially funded Wellington Employment Park South.
Roy Backhouse & Co and Keppie Massie are joint agents.
