Langtree picks GVA Grimley for industrial park

GVA Grimley has been appointed as agent on Langtree's Alchemy scheme in Merseyside.
The 23-acre Alchemy, fronting the A580 East Lancashire Road in Knowsley, totals 93,165 sq ft of speculative industrial space.
Roy Backhouse, industrial director at GVA Grimley's Liverpool office, said: "There are many successful, local companies out there, with great businesses, that need to relocate to new premises. These developments are of an extremely high specification, built with occupiers in mind, so GVA Grimley is very optimistic about future lettings."
The agency worked with Langtree on Wellington Employment Park and Venture Point, both in Liverpool.
