Langtree brings telecoms firm to St Helens

Langtree has signed up Lloyds Business Communications for a 3,500 sq ft office at Mere Grange in St Helens.

The recently completed first phase of Mere Grange, a joint venture with the Homes & Communities Agency (formerly English Partnerships), is a 34,000 sq ft scheme of 10 speculative buildings from 3,400 to 10,100 sq ft.

Lloyds Business Communications has taken the office space on a 10-year lease and will relocate from Warrington.

Jayne Furnival, senior property manager at Langtree, added: "We have strong interest in the remaining buildings and we hope it will only be a matter of time until further tenants join Lloyds and our other occupier, Miller Construction (UK)."

Mere Grange is located off the A570 St Helens Linkway close to Junction 7 of the M62.
