Landwood hires from ES

Landwood Group, surveyor, asset managers and auctioneer, has appointed Michael Fitzpatrick as a senior surveyor in property valuation in the firm's Manchester office on Peter Street.

Fitzpatrick joined Landwood Group from ES Group, formerly Edward Symmons, where he spent more than seven years since joining as a graduate in 2007.

Fitzpatrick said: "This move is a great opportunity for me and I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of a close-knit and hard-working team."

Richard Parkinson, director of Landwood Group, added: "We are extremely pleased that Michael is joining our team. He will play a significant role in the growth of the property side of the business and his expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand and provide the best possible service for our clients."
