Land Law recruits from DWF

Niche Altrincham-based commercial property practice Land Law LLP has hired Peter Barber from rival DWF as senior solicitor.

Barber has 27 years' experience acting on all aspects of commercial property work, specialising in investment, development and management work.

He advises a large range of clients including substantial land owning companies, investors, developers and individuals.

Land Law employs 30 staff in total including 17 solicitors.

As a former colleague of Peter I can whole-heartedly recommend him.

Manchester investor T&M Real Estate, headed by Tayyab and Mustafa Kamani, has acquired the 50,000 sq ft Spinningfields office for around £13m.

Moving from Squire Patton Boggs, Mark Gaffney has joined the law firm’s Manchester office as a real estate partner.
