Kutchenhaus expands at Kings Park

The German kitchen manufacturer has taken a further 11,000 sq ft at Kings Park at Trafford Park in Manchester to create a new UK headquarters.
Kutchenhaus already occupies 13,000 sq ft at the scheme owned by Earl Estates and has agreed on a new ten year lease for an undisclosed sum.
Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills, who acted on behalf of Kutchenhaus, said: "Kings Park benefits from a superb location within the renowned Trafford Park industrial scheme and is therefore a perfect setting for an established international brand such as Kutchenhaus to base its UK headquarters."
Following the Kutchenhaus deal, there is just one unit remaining at Kings Park, which extends to 6,728 sq ft.
DTZ is joint agent at Kings Park.
