Knight Frank/WHR appointed on Invesco’s Preston shed

Invesco Property Income Trust has appointed Knight Frank and WHR to market its 152,000 sq ft Oliver's Place warehouse in Eastway, Preston.
The building occupies 8.5 acres next to Junction 32 of the M6 and rental price is on application.
Earlier this month, Invesco reported a 48% fall in net asset value and said it had revised its loan-to-value limits with its bankers.
