Knight Frank concludes Horton House move

After three years in Liverpool, Knight Frank has moved to bigger premises to accommodate its expanding commercial and residential teams.

The 27-strong team has moved into 4,5000 sq ft on the eighth floor of Horton House in Exchange Flags from their old offices in Water Street.

Charles Ardern, partner in charge of the Liverpool office, said: "Since we opened our office in Liverpool we have secured many important instructions. The move will allow us to further build on our success and be a platform for our future growth across Merseyside and the North West."

Horton House is a Grade II listed building, which has been extensively refurbished in a joint venture by UK Land & Property and Pochin. It totals 110,000 sq ft of space – a mixture of Grade A office with leisure and retail. UK Land and Pochin later acquired the larger Walker House wing next door which it is currently renovating.
