Kirkham joins CBRE Liverpool

CBRE has recruited Neil Kirkham as associate director in its office agency team, based in Liverpool.

Kirkham spent nine years at Liverpool agency Hitchcock Wright & Partners and left in October 2011 as partner.

The appointment is CBRE's second high-profile office agency hire this year, having recruited Alex Russell from WHR Property Consultants in Manchester.

Mark Worthington, director of office agency at CBRE Liverpool, said: "Neil's appointment is a real coup for both our office agency team and to the Liverpool office in general. I have no doubt that he will enable us to provide an even better service to our clients, and help expand the business."

Neil has worked as a surveyor in Liverpool since 1999 and returns to the office where he started his career as a graduate.
