King Sturge/Edwards & Co to market Cheadle project

Mapeley Estates have appointed King Sturge and Edwards & Co as joint agents for the 18,500 sq ft Boundary House office building in Cheadle.

The building was previously home to HM Revenue and Customs, but last year it was announced that the department would quit after completing a cost-cutting review of its regional offices. It is now available for sale or to let.
