Keppie Massie joins Unity agents

Keppie Massie Residential has been appointed as letting agent on Rumford Investment's Unity in Liverpool city centre.

KMR will oversee lettings solely at Unity while King Sturge continues to handle sales at the landmark development.

Sue Taylor, head of KMR, said: "The appointment is on a joint agency basis with King Sturge. We both serve the city well, but geographically King Stuge are based more in the retail part of the city and we're more in the business office part.

"Unity is opposite our new offices in Rumford Place and we are ideally situated for the business community to view these luxurious apartments. This instruction recognises the fact that we are an extremely pro-active agent, with an enthusiastic and optimistic approach to our market."

Eleven apartments are available to let, starting from £1,050 a month. All are two-bedroom duplexes with dual aspect views of the river and city and range from 900 sq ft to 1,250 sq ft.
