Keepmoat submits plans for 120 Northwich homes
MCI Developments, a subsidiary of the housebuilder, has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council seeking permission for a 13-acre residential development on the land at Niddries Lane in Moulton.
In documents submitted to the council on the developer’s behalf by planning consultant Carter Jonas, plans indicate that 120 affordable homes would be erected on the agricultural land in Northwich.
All homes would be no higher than two storeys, with a housing mix of eight one-bed maisonette flats, 36 two-bed, 70 three-bed, and six four-bed houses.
The tenure of the proposed affordable homes is set to be determined by a registered provider.
The project team includes Trevor Bridge Associates, E3P, AES Sustainability Consultants, Ironside Farrar, and Eddisons.
Keepmoat recently built and sold all the properties in its £80m Knowsley scheme, which hosts 303 homes.
Another application for a 46-home development in Farrington was validated by South Ribble Council in October.
