Jones takes FBE reins

David Jones, managing director of Thirty 30 Media, has been appointed as North West regional director for the Forum for the Built Environment networking group.

Jones oversees marketing, PR and event management for clients in the sector via his Manchester-based agency. He said: “It’s a great honour to be asked to take over the FBE North West regional director role from Warren Percival.

“He’s been superb in helping to drive the FBE forward in the region and I hope to continue with the work of making the FBE a vibrant and exciting organisation to be involved with.

“Key to this will be raising the profile of the organisation, driving membership and continuing to champion the wider construction industry. I greatly look forward to working with all our members, both new and old and also working with like-minded groups to truly represent the industry here in the North West.”

The organisation’s board of directors meets quarterly at venues across the UK. The board is led by Howard Gadd, who said: “David is a well known face, in both the North West and London construction networking scenes, having worked with some of the biggest names over the decades.

“We look forward to gleaning some of his wider expertise as we continue to provide a voice for the UK’s ever growing construction industry.”
