Responsibilities:

As a building surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive surveying services to our  commercial clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property inspections, surveys, and assessments
• Preparing detailed reports on building conditions, defects, and recommended actions
• Providing expert advice on property-related matters to clients
• Assisting with project management and coordination of construction and maintenance projects
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses for property development and renovation projects
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of surveys and assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying or related field
• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within a property consultancy environment
• You will ideally be MRICS qualified, or close to qualifying
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and construction practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using surveying software and other relevant tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality report
