An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Secretary to join a highly reputable, leading property specialist in Manchester City Centre. Specializing in Property Management, they have an expert team of RICS qualified Chartered surveyors who have extensive knowledge in both Residential and Commercial Property.
The purpose of this role is to assist the team with any new investments that are being added to their growing portfolio of commercial properties. About the Role?
As the Team Secretary, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Valuations. You job role will be made up of:
- Compiling valuations reports
- Binding documents
- Audio typing
- Integrating word documents, spread sheets, photographs, drawings and maps
- Manipulating and formatting documents
- All administrative support
- Diary management
Further training will be provided for this position
- Property experience
- Strong IT skills
- Good copy tying and audio typing skills
- Experience of compiling large reports
- Knowledge of valuations would be desirable
