About the Role?

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be working as part of a busy team and reporting to the branch Sales manager. Your duties will include:

  • Managing the entire sales process
  • Arranging valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Advertising new instructions
  • Dealing with third parties
  • Working to sales targets

Candidate requirements:

  • Experienced within estate agency, lettings or sales
  • Professional and well presented
  • Enthusiastic and Self-motivated
  • Highly Organised
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Experience with working to targets
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Driving License
