A global multidisciplinary consultancy has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager to work on a range of commercial developments across the city. You will be working closely with major developers, assisting them in delivering complex £Multi-Million schemes.

About the Role
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing & delivering complex projects with a construction consultancy environment. The projects you will be managing are challenging and not for the faint-hearted! However, if you are looking for a challenging position, enjoy having responsibility and are looking to develop your career through to Associate quickly, then this is the opportunity for you. You will need to possess good knowledge of both JCT & NEC forms of contract and have experience of managing commercial projects through every stage of the process.
No two days are the same, and no two projects are the same. Strong leadership & communication skills are required as you’ll be dealing with multiple professionals daily, from appointing the design team through to reporting to the client on issues and potential solutions.
