Overall Purpose of Job

Working for an Asset Management firm, you will assist in helping the company to achieve their development objectives through effective, efficient and timely engagement in the Planning System. You will work across a range of sectors, including industrial and commercial. Projects will be both new build and refurbishment schemes.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As a Senior Planner you will be involved in and manage a wide range of projects including:

– Planning Applications

– Planning Appeals

– Planning Objections

– Strategic and Local Plan Representations

– Planning Appraisals

– Permitted Development and Prior Approval

– Environmental Impact Assessments

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will;

Have a minimum of three years experience

Be highly analytical and numerate;
Be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
Possess good report writing skills and presentation; and be ambitious and enthusiastic.
