An established and fast-growing housebuilder is seeking to appoint an experienced and talented Layout Designer to join their busy technical function. Your role will include a lot of upfront work with land and sales in terms of sketch layouts, feasibility layouts as well as taking it through to full package work.

It is essential you can demonstrate abilities via AutoCAD, any Revit skills would be a benefit but are not essential.

My client is keen to talk to suitable candidates from either a current housebuilder or practice environment, it is essential you have a track record of new build residential layout work. They are undertaking a period of significant growth and this appointment is a key part to that growth, increasing their output to c300 units per annum across the North West region.
