A market leading professional services company is seeking a highly professional Senior HR advisor to work within their busy HR team, located at their modern offices based on the Wirral.
Essentially a HR generalist role, they are looking for a fresh pair of eyes to add value to their established HR team and bring with them their wealth of HR and recruitment knowledge.
Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified (and they will support you to reach level 7), and have a solid background within all areas of the HR function and internal recruitment process.
With recruitment being a key focus of the role, you must have a successful background within the 360-degree recruitment process, and the ability to manage all areas of this function.
You should be experienced in disciplinary and grievance, be able to advise managers on new legislation, and essentially be bursting with ideas on how to review and develop policies and assist the HR manager with how to drive HR processes forward.
You will be an enthusiastic, optimistic and process driven HR professional, who is able to motivate those around them and encourage staff to achieve their full potential within their given role.
