An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a busy, independent property organisation at their offices located on the Wirral. Due to expansion within the company, they are seeking a highly professional Sales Progressor, to support their busy sales team and ensure the smooth process of property sales within the branch.

About the Role

As Branch Sales Progressor, you will be supporting an extremely busy and successful team of sales staff, to ensure that sales are successfully seen through to completion, dealing with any potential issues, keeping clients fully updated, whilst managing the entire administrative function along the way. There will be an opportunity to earn £250 per month in commission, on top of the basic salary. Day to duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and enquiries
  • Speaking with banks, solicitors and mortgage companies
  • Dealing with enquiries and problems, offering solutions
  • Producing sales reports using Excel
  • Working to targets (to complete sales)
  • Producing all correspondence to clients and third parties
  • Working in an extremely fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Processing payments
  • Producing presentations and internet adverts
  • Updating clients and providing an exceptional level of customer service

  • Experienced within the estate agency sector
