A lettings and sales position, offering full autonomy to manage the entire lettings and sales function, within their highly successful, yet very ‘unstuffy’ company…
Managing the process from producing the initial adverts, to arranging your own viewings, securing the deals, contract and property management, inspections, resolving all tenant requests and generally providing a fantastic service to all involved.
Similarly, with the sales process, from start to completion; it’s all down to you. Being the expert in this field, and you will handle the entire process, and be rewarded for your results handsomely.
So let’s talk money….
You will be offered a competitive basic salary of £18,000 – £20,000k. Plus company car (yes you must be a driver). And commission with an estimated OTE of £25,000.
This is a fast growing business with bags of potential for growth and development, meaning you may be managing a team within 18 months. Exciting times ahead.
And the best part… the hours are flexible! So yes, you may be expected to conduct a viewing on an evening or week end (so must be able to do this when required), but if you need to start at 10am, or finish at 3pm, as long as you have done what needs doing (and worked a full 38-hour week), then you really can work your own hours.
Sounds too good to be true? Well I assure you, this is the real deal. As long as you have a full understanding of the lettings and sales process (including the ‘nitty gritty’ like section 21s) and have a proven record in a similar role, have a huge amount of ‘get up and go’ and a charming personality, I’d like to hear from you today.
