We are looking to appoint a Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer with a track record in revenue generation and project delivery. You will play a key strategic role in a rapidly growing company.

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to become an equity shareholder.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, rapidly growing and strongly established civil and structural engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation for the delivery of complex and specialist projects.

Dynamic and optimistic in their approach, we are looking for a key individual with a long-term outlook to facilitate the delivery and management of our office in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be experienced in mentoring and motivating teams and must be confident in winning new business in the North West region.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of business development, financial management and expertise in winning work and building client relationships, together with excellent technical and project management skills and an ability to deliver results to client’s on programme and to budget.

Ideally they would have an entrepreneurial background with an understanding of how to develop, nurture, build and grow a business from inception. They will also have excellent outward facing skills, allowing them to build strong
relationships with existing and new clients, working in collaboration with the leadership team based in Leeds who will support the growth of the Manchester office.
