Our successful and rapidly expanding client is seeking an experienced receptionist to join them within their modern city centre based office. They are a fast-paced professional services company, looking for a well presented and highly organised candidate, to take on the responsibility of the day-to-day reception function, and to ensure that the reception and administration process runs smoothly.
Day to day, you will be completing tasks such as: meeting and greeting staff and clients, dealing with a high volume of telephone calls, updating the database, sending client letters, filing and scanning documents, managing all incoming documents and handling customer enquiries.

So to be considered for this role, we do need you to have experience within a reception role (ideally within professional services) along with the ability to use Microsoft office to a decent level. Strong customer service skills are a must, as is a common sense approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
The salary for this role is £15,500 and the hours are Monday – Friday, 9-5pm.
