Are you looking to undertake your APC, but are lacking support?
We are currently looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with a consultancy background, to join the team in Liverpool. Due to an increase in workload, my client has a requirement to expand their team to help manage the additional projects. Candidates must be from a PQS background and preferably have experience within a variety of sectors such as; Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Healthcare.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking to advance their career with an expanding and forward thinking firm. You will have the opportunity to work on some large scale projects being involved in both pre and post contract work. This firm have demonstrated sustained growth and are actively recruiting and have done so throughout the pandemic.
You will be given full APC support and training and this consultancy have an excellent track record with regards to pass rates.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

  • Be Degree Qualified
  • Have experience of pre and post contact processes
  • High level of Numeracy and Literacy
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised
  • Have experience of being responsible for own projects
