About the Company?

A national property consultancy have an immediate requirement for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. Due to an increase in new instructions, the firm require an additional Quantity Surveyor to work with a range of interesting clients, from large developers to universities across the North West region.

About the Role?

The Manchester office has grown, securing  a number of new clients. It has an enviable reputation and is well respected, delivery projects on-time, on-budget and reducing risks throughout the process – they get it right first time. The culture of the company is derived by treating their staff well. You will be joining a team which is rewarded with clear career progression to Senior/Associate level.

You will work on a broad range of projects across multiple sectors, involving all aspects of Quantity Surveying, working on both pre & post contract duties for your clients.

Above all else, you will be joining a team which is growing in size, who work hard in delivering exceptional results for their clients whilst working in a relaxed environment and get along well with everyone in the office.
