An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced property administrator to join a highly reputable property organisation who is looking to open a new office in Liverpool. Having a strong North West presence, they are keen to hear from well presented, experienced individuals who complement their already strong team.

About the Role

As the successful candidate for the Property Admin role, you will be working closely with the Liverpool team and will be reporting directly to the branch director. Your duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Assisting the property managers with their day to day duties
  • Updating the property database
  • All general administration including filing, post, typing letters and documents, ordering stationary
  • Ensuring the managers diaries are up to date

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years’ administration experience
  • Highly organised
  • Well presented
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to use initiative

  • Basic salary up to £20,000
