Public sector sheltered accommodation provider currently recruiting for a Property Acquisition Manager to join their growing team.

The organisation are a growing sheltered accommodation provider who currently have over 2200 staff throughout the UK. They currently assist over 1100 individuals across the UK by providing residential and supported living services, an impressive number that they have an ambition to increase.
They are looking to increase their capability in the North of England, securing a Northern Property Acquisition Manager is the first step towards achieving this target. The successful candidate will help the organisation achieve their goal by acquiring the right properties and sites to enable them to provide quality accommodation.
The role & requirements
The role requires an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with 2-4 years’ experience in acquiring commercial and residential properties. The successful candidate will also be inspired to work with an organisation who provide care for adults, they must share the same values as the organisation.
The position will entail sourcing new sites & fully managing the acquisition process. You will have the ability to work autonomously, ensuring that the properties sourced are suitable for the organisation’s requirements.
The position will be home-based, however the role will entail significant travel. The salary will be circa £45k with an additional car allowance & bonus.
