The role

The person they are looking for will join their ambitious and dynamic team of consultants, assisting clients on an array of high end, luxury retail and leisure projects, as well as healthcare projects. You will be RICS accredited or M Sc degree qualified with a minimum of 3-5 years commercial experience. You will also have completed or be nearing completion of your APC.

You will be very commercially driven and able to demonstrate the following:

  • Cost Control and negotiating final accounts

Above all, you will be commercially savvy, highly self-motivated with a professional work ethic that enables you to take accountability for your results.

What do you get in return?

  • Rare exposure to some exclusive clients
  • Competitive salary and benefits including car pool, bonus and generous holiday entitlements
  • Full training and support for your professional development

This is a unique opportunity for you to work for a consultancy with an exciting pipeline of projects, a growth plan that is geared towards rewarding hard work and commitment and for a consultancy that can compete with the big players whilst still retaining it’s core value of putting it’s people first.
