A niche yet highly profitable property consultancy has a requirement for a well-rounded Project Manager to join their highly-skilled team. They work with some of the largest commercial investors & pension funds, assisting them obtain, develop & refurbished commercial assets across the UK. They have established relationships with their clients and are well-known for offering a high level of service & delivery of challenging schemes.

About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor / Project manager, your role will be very diverse, touching on many aspects of the construction process and would be suitable for someone who is keen on broaden their experience. You will need to have strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills, being able to speak confidently to both corporate pension-funds through to dealing with issues as they arise onsite. Developments can be either refurbishment of office blocks, industrial units through to new-build commercial developments. You will use your experience as a Quantity Surveyor to have a good knowledge of the commercial & contractual aspects of these developments and your Project Manager skills to get the job done.

In return, you will be giving a strong financial package for the hard work you will be putting in, working alongside with some of the most experience individuals within the industry, allowing you to develop your own knowledge. This position will posse manage challenges, with each project offering something different.
