Regenda is now recruiting a Project Manager to work with our Development team at our fantastic new offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to provide effective project management of schemes in the Groups development programme from inception to completion. You will contribute to the achievement of the development programme targets and identify and appraise new business opportunities to support the Group’s Growth Plan.
Regenda is taking forward an ambitious development programme with a new corporate plan to deliver over 1200 units up to 2023. The Groups programme is one of the most diverse and innovative in the region and covers a variety of tenures. We are currently on site with housing for sale and PRS developments across the North West along with a programme of grant funded affordable housing that includes a number of shared ownership developments and an Extra Care scheme. Much of our programme is now delivered by our in-house construction team.
As a Project Manager at Regenda you will effectively project management schemes in the Groups development programme from inception to completion. Our programme involves both new build and refurbishment schemes. You should be financially astute and familiar with development appraisal models. A collaborative mindset will be required to working with a number of teams to ensure developments are brought forward to meet internal and external customer expectations.
We are looking to recruit a well organised and effective project manager who shared our vision to regenerate places with high quality development.
