​Established in 2011, the Sheffield Housing Co (SHC)is a public/private partnership between Sheffield City Council, Keepmoat Homes and Great Places Housing Group and has already delivered approx. 1,000 new homes to regenerate areas of the Sheffield City region.

Kingsley are retained to appoint a Project Director to continue to deliver the program,with Phases 4 and 5 set to see a further 1100 homes built over the next 5-7 years. This role will take the lead in maintaining the relationships between SHC and its partners, ensuring areas of the City region are developed not only into new homes but new thriving communities.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a career to date within the new build housing sector, possibly from a technical or development background, although this is not essential. Candidates will need to also demonstrate a balance of IQ and EQ, experience of working within a partnership arrangement and a strong new build housing background.
