Salary: Excellent remuneration + flexible benefits package
Contact Name: Sophie Romain
Turley is an employee-owned planning business that strives for the very best in everything it does. Our talent and track record of success ensures we are involved in some of the highest profile and most exciting projects across the UK.
From our Manchester and Leeds offices we cover the northern regions, with a highly skilled team, strong profile and extensive private sector client base. Our live projects include a championship-standard golf club to support a Ryder Cup bid, major logistics hubs, thousands of new homes, and city centre commercial and living schemes across all the core cities. We are at the forefront of the planning agenda.
We propose to grow both our Manchester and Leeds offices, to serve our existing strong client base in the north and to take us in new directions.
We have opportunities at all levels: from established Directors who will help lead our team, to graduates leaving University this summer. The opportunities can be shaped for the right people, with the ability to operate across the north of England and responsibilities tailored to fit. You will become an integral part of a large and highly talented planning team with an excellent reputation, and will work closely with our complementary services (design, economics, sustainability, heritage and engagement).
For the Director / Associate Director positions you will be experienced in promoting development through the English planning system at a senior level and will have a track record in profile raising and work winning in the private sector. Senior Planners and Planners will be MRTPI, and new Graduates will have qualifications which are RTPI-accredited. Enthusiasm, self-motivation and an appetite to develop and develop others are pre-requisites across all grades.
Achieve your ambitions by helping us to achieve our own.
In return we offer an excellent remuneration and flexible benefits package including a travel allowance (from Planner level and above), non-contributory pension, ownership dividend and performance related bonus.
To informally and confidentially discuss the roles please contact Stephen Bell, head of planning north on 0161 233 7676. Please send your CV with a covering letter in confidence to Sophie Romain, HR advisor, email@example.com
