Are you an MRICS Valuation Surveyor with experience in both Residential and Commercial Valuation? Are you looking to move your career forward in an organisation with more autonomy and the opportunity for future partnership?
Being part of an experienced team that offers professional advice on all types of property related matters throughout the North West of England, you will be an integral part of continuing the success that has already been achieved within this firm. With an outstanding reputation for a quality service you will work with clients throughout the North West of England.
You will provide a wide range of Valuations and Surveys on all types of residential and commercial buildings, for a variety of purposes including banks, building societies and bridging finance, inheritance tax for probate, Insurance, Right to Buy, and Pension funds. You will also be responsible for offering a range of reports for the home buyer including valuation reports and homebuyer reports. You are in charge of your own diary, and it is worth noting that this is not a high-volume role where you simply “churn” out reports. Being a confident communicator, you will enjoy liaising with your clients and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible.

Of course, for a role like this you need to love what you do and have a passion for Property Valuation. You will have been working within Commercial and Residential Valuation for a number of years and be MRICS qualified plus a registered valuer.
