Are you an experienced MRICS Estates Surveyor looking to move your career forward with a company that is passionate about its people, and will help and support you reach your individual goals? Working with the Head of Estates in one of the leading UK brands you will provide a quality day to day estate management service to the business. One the major aspects to this role will be the related service charges associated with your portfolio, so it goes without saying that as the successful estates surveyor you will have service charge experience running through your career history. Alongside this key area you will also be responsible for managing the landlord and tenant relationship, assisting in rent reviews, business rates, acquisitions, and regears, so if you like a role with plenty of variety and days that just fly by then this is for you!

Of course, for a role like this you need to love what you do and have a passion for Commercial Property. You will have been working within Estates Management for a number of years and be MRICS qualified.
