Salary: Dependent on experience
We are seeking a Marketing & Bid Writer to join our 60-strong team at our architectural practice in Manchester city centre. The successful candidate will be part of our Business Development & Marketing team and will have the primary responsibility for managing frameworks and partnerships.
You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating and submitting bids in liaison with our technical delivery teams. You will also provide support with all marketing activities to help raise the profile of the brand; including, but not limited to developing and implementation of the company’s BD & Marketing Strategy, supporting the Marketing Coordinator with production and maintenance of marketing collateral, assisting with social media and website content and generally acting as a champion for our brand.
A knowledge of the property sector and built environment is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bid writing and or content and have a successful track record in winning tenders. Excellent creative writing skills; an English, journalism or equivalent degree would be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage workload and work with stakeholders to meet strict deadlines are also essential.
