The role will be based in their modern Liverpool City Centre branch and they are keen to hear from ambitious, motivated individuals who are looking for a new challenge.

They are keen to hear from individuals who are looking to progress into Sales, Valuations and Branch Management and will provide any training required.
About the Role?
As the successful candidate for the Negotiator role, you will be working alongside the Lettings and Sales team and will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting viewings
- Managing the lettings process from start to completion
- Managing your diary
- Arranging appointments
- Administration duties
- Generating new business opportunities
- Checking references
- Pushing the sale forward to close
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- Residential lettings or sales experience
- Driving licence is essential
- Motivated and ambitious
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to build long standing relationships
