Have you just finished university and are looking for an entry level role into quantity surveying / estimating and project management? Or are you studying and looking for a position which can work around your course?

I’m currently working with a medium-sized contractor who due to winning new clients & frameworks, have a requirement for an Assistant Level Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join their team.  The position is an initial 3-month contract, with the strong potential of being made permanent. The position is based in Liverpool and you’ll be assisting on schemes across the UK, from Education fit-out schemes to working on rail projects. The position offers fantastic variety and you’ll work closely with the end client, managing complex and challenging schemes throughout the construction process to handover.

About the Role?

The role would be suitable for an individual who is keen on working in a very wide-scoping position, having responsibility for Quantity Surveying, Estimating & Project Management on different schemes, depending upon the client’s requirement. You will be giving real responsibility from day one, under the close supervision of senior members of the team, taking ownership of your own commissions, allowing you to quickly develop your experience within the sector.
