A Manchester-based, market leading property company is looking for a highly organised and professional Estates Administrator to join their busy administration team, within their Manchester city centre offices. As Estates Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full technical and administrative support, within the Estates Services team.

The role is working within an extremely fast paced department, so we are looking for a methodical and process driven candidate, who is able to work under pressure. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that all correspondence and reporting is accurate. About the Role

As Estates Administrator, you will be supporting an extremely busy property team, ensuring that all work is completed on time, and clients are provided with an excellent service.  Duties include:

  • Proof reading property lease terms and inputting lease data
  • Preparing supplier invoices
  • Raising PO numbers and managing the purchase order system
  • Updating casework and the property management system
  • Producing client reports using excel
  • Calculating tenant utility charges
  • Reconciliation of service charge budgets
  • Producing all correspondence to clients and third parties
  • Liaison with both internal and external clients
  • Processing payments
  • Updating clients and providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • General administration
  • Working to deadlines

Candidate requirements

  • Experienced administrator (Estates administration an advantage)
  • Highly Organised
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, databases)
  • Analytical skills / numerate
  • Problem solver
  • Well presented
  • Client facing skills
  • Professional and personable
  • Process driven and methodical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Ideally experienced within the property industry
