Development Project Delivery Manager                                   Grade 10 (£33,344-£35,061)


This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ambitious team to contribute to the delivery of First Choice Homes Oldham’s (FCHO) development and regeneration programme and deliver new build housing projects in conjunction with internal colleagues and external advisors.  The successful applicant will work within the Development Team in line with the Development Strategy to deliver individual development initiatives providing effective project management across a range of projects.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
