We are looking for a Deputy Head of Estates who will work across the full range of duties in Estates/Facilities management. The post will deputise for the Head of Department and will have previous experience in Estates or Facilities management, previous experience of managing capital projects would also be desirable. The successful candidate will understand the direction the team is taking and work with the Head of Department to continue the development of this highly respected team across the College. The College is committed to achieving its net zero targets, this post will be integral to the sustainability agenda and driving this forward.
Whilst experienced in Estates management, you will be a strong leader and team player, quality-driven and be able to provide excellent customer service. Experience in Further Education is not essential, we are looking for forward-thinking Facilities professionals who are looking for their next challenge and want to work with a brilliant staff community.
