We currently have an exciting opportunity, for an experienced commercial sales negotiator, to work with a highly successful commercial agent, located within their Wirral offices. A well-established and successful company within their field, they are seeking an exceptional commercial sales negotiator, who is able to succeed within the fast paced and competitive property industry, and to build long term relationships within the commercial market.

Proud of their industry reputation, they are looking for a highly motivated commercial sales negotiator, who not only has exceptional sales skills, but the ability to offer clients the best level of customer service to ensure that they continue to sustain their long standing reputation within their field. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30pm.

About the Role

As a commercial sales negotiator, you will be working as part of an established team and reporting to the branch manager. Your duties will include:

  • Managing the entire sales process
  • Arranging valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Advertising new instructions
  • Dealing with third parties
  • Working to sales targets

Candidate requirements

  • Experienced within commercial or residential sales
  • Professional and well presented
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Experience with working to targets
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Driving license
