My client is a large well-regarded, top commercial practice with offices both abroad and in the UK, currently seeking a Property Solicitor 2 years pqe to join their growing Team in their Manchester Office. They offer excellent salary and benefit packages and positively support their employees to achieve a good work/life balance.

Should this role interest you and you would wish to be considered for the opportunity, you will be a qualified Solicitor 2 yrs pqe and your experience will include having run your own caseload, or assisted on a caseload, of commercial property matters including the following:

  • Investment transactions
  • Complex lease interpretations
  • Joint venture acquisitions
  • Corporate occupier matters
  • Portfolio sales including retail and offices,
  • Aquisitions on behalf of local authorities etc.
