A fantastic opportunity to work for a private property consultancy who are currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor/Valuer to join their team. Due to the continued success and growth of the business, our client is looking for an ambitious and driven individual who is passionate about joining a company they will be instrumental in developing and growing further.

As an experienced Residential Building Surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS) with at least 5 years pqe, you will be required to hit the ground running upon joining the company with responsibility for carrying out Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Reports and Red Book Valuations.

This home-based role will cover much of the North West to include Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside, and our client is offering a competitive package of £45000k – £55000k, plus car allowance together with additional benefits and rewards.

A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required for this role.
