We are currently working with a prestigious property sales organisation, which has grown to be a market leader across the North West. Due to expansion within the group, they have an opportunity for a high calibre Business Development Manager, to support their auctions division in Liverpool.
The purpose of the role is to win new auction business from north-west property agents, establishing and developing long term relationships to work together to develop the auctions department. You will source, contact and seek to meet local agents as well as presenting the proposed sales strategy to demonstrate how you can benefit them, by working closely alongside them on a long-term basis.
We are looking for a highly motivated, sales driven candidate, who ideally has some experience within a property sales environment, along with a proven record at sourcing and wining new business.
Whilst the role is office based in Liverpool, the job will require you to sometimes travel to sites across the northwest, with some time being spent out of the office, meeting with clients.

Salary will be circa £20,000k – £25,000k basic, plus commission OTE £50,000k.
