A multi-disciplinary property consultancy based near Manchester is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver instructions for several clients across Commercial, Education & Residential. The company already has an established Building Surveying team and you will be part of the senior team to help deliver commercial surveys alongside Project Management & Contract Administration to clients across the region and the UK.

About the role

Building Surveying is a core part of my client’s business and the company provides a wide range of professional services including condition surveys, dilapidation appraisals, management of dilapidation claims either on behalf of the Landlord or Tenant, party wall surveys, planned & reactive maintenance & cost advice. In addition to their professional offering the client also offers project design work & project management of works on-site for schemes up to £1m in value.

The position will suit a candidate who is Chartered and is keen on working for a local practice, delivering your professional services to a wide range of clients and looking to develop your career longer term by building a team, growing the revenue for the discipline by working with existing & new clients.
