Compiling well-presented and structured bid documents is a key part of the process when we tender for land, and we’re looking for a well-organised, creative and talented individual to join the team.

We’re involved in both public and private sector procurement, and along with that, there are a range of different requirements in terms of content and format of bid documents. You’ll work with a great team, and have a great portfolio of developments to help you create some winning bids.

You will be involved with data collation, structured and creative writing and will need to understand and interpret technical reports, financial records, plans and general property terminology. We work with a whole host of consultants who help form the detailed component parts of our developments, so you’ll be working with them as well as our internal development and marketing teams.
