Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a high-calibre Associate Director, to manage and grow their New Homes Sales, selling to both local and international clients and Investors.
About the role
Based in Manchester, the Associate Director will be responsible for managing a property sales team, overseeing the sales of new build luxury properties, to the professional and Investment markets, both in the UK and Internationally. Working with current clients and developing new business, you will focus on delivering service, winning new business and managing current client relationships to ensure repeat business and continued growth. The role will involve international travel (typically 6 days per month in the far east), which will normally fall on a Thursday through to Monday. Trips abroad will generally focus around entertaining new and existing clients; therefore, we are looking for a highly sociable and engaging Director whose strength is forming and developing strong client relationships.
You should also be an exceptional leader and motivator, a manager who is able to encourage their sales team to deliver at their best, succeeding the vast local competition by delivering the best service in the market. You will take full financial responsibility for the delivery of sales, setting targets, attending weekly meetings with developers and ensuring that clients receive regular performance updates. You will oversee the marketing, PR and events functions, in addition to training and developing staff, setting KPI’s and ensuring that whilst sales are delivered, the customer service focus remains at the priority of all team members.
