A niche, multi-disciplinary property consultancy has a requirement for an Assistant Building Surveying to join its growing team. You’ll be working on mainly educational schemes, taking projects through funding, design, and project managing the works whilst on site, with developments ranging from £50,000 to £2m. The works are mainly refurbishment and maintenance schemes.
My client can give you fantastic support, structure, and mentoring through your diary to become chartered. The company has grown over the past couple of years and has strong visibility of instructions for the future, which will allow the right candidate to develop overtime.
About the role
Due to an increase in new, exciting instructions, my client is looking to appoint an assistant building surveyor. The company can offer unrivaled career progression, along with exposure to some major projects, the ability to work closely with clients, and the opportunity to complete a range of interesting projects and commercial surveys.
The position is a client-facing role, and you will possess excellent soft skills to be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders. You will have already started your APC diary and have experience of managing your own workload.
